The terms and conditions apply to competitions on social media, newsletters and fairs as well as other events where you can participate in a competition from Skive Fjord Camping.
How to participate:
On social media (SoMe) and newsletter:
The Facebook or Instagram post or newsletter from Skive Fjord Camping describes how you can participate in the competition. This can be, for example, by answering a question in the comment function directly linked to the post, by "liking" the post or registering with your email address. Furthermore, you can participate in a competition by posting a picture on SoMe with a specific hashtag, for example #skivefjordcamping.
We will contact the winner on Facebook or Instagram in the comment thread comment function and in newsletters via emails when the competition is over and the winner has been found. The winner may also be announced in a separate post, so by participating in the competition you agree that your name and picture may be shared and used by Skive Fjord Camping.
The winner will be asked to contact Skive Fjord Camping with contact information so that the prize can be sent, picked up or noted on the winner's customer number in Skive Fjord Camping's booking system. Skive Fjord Camping determines whether the prize is awarded via pick-up, sent or noted in Skive Fjord Camping's systems.
Remember that there is a response deadline of 5 business days after you have been announced as the winner - either in the comment thread, in a separate post or by email. If the winner has not contacted Skive Fjord Camping within 5 business days, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn.
Anyone can participate, provided that the guidelines for the use of Facebook and Instagram are followed.
At trade fair stands etc.:
It is described at Skive Fjord Camping's exhibition stand how you can participate in the specific competition. This can be, for example, by throwing a ticket with your contact details into a box, by booking a stay, giving a statement or posting a picture on social media with a specific hashtag, for example #skivefjordcamping. The prize will be described where you participate in the competition. By participating in the competition, you agree that Skive Fjord Camping may quote your statement, share your name if you win, and use your picture.
About the prize:
The prize is stated in the competition post on Facebook/Instagram, the newsletter or the stand you are participating at. There may be conditions for the prize, for example that it must be used within a certain period of time or can only be used during a certain part of the season, for example that the prize can only be used in the low season and that it must be used within 1 year from the date of participation.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods/services.
How is the winner drawn?
The date on which the winner will be drawn is stated in the post on Facebook/Instagram, in the newsletter or at the place where you have participated in the competition. The winner will be drawn by Skive Fjord Camping by drawing lots. Everyone who meets the conditions for participating in the competition will be considered. The winner will then be notified directly in the comment thread, in a separate post or newsletter with further information.
If a winner does not respond to our inquiry within 5 business days, the winner is deemed to have waived the right to receive the prize and another winner will be drawn.

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel this competition at any time in reasonable circumstances without incurring any liability. These rules are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
Skive Fjord Camping's competitions are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook or Instagram. Facebook and Instagram are not responsible for elements of this competition.
