Self-service:

Every day 8:00–22:00
Arrival and departure are possible every day from 8:00 AM to 22:00 PM throughout the season at our self-service machine. It is easy to use.

Monday–Thursday: 9:00–12:00 and 15:00–17:00

Easter:

Telephone opening hours and emergencies

Do you have any questions or would you like help booking? Our phones are open from 9:00-18:00 every day - even while the campsite is closed in winter.

For urgent emergencies only:
In emergency situations (loose horses, fire or need to get an ambulance into the site at night) you can reach us 24/7.

At night, you can choose to be transferred to our emergency line when you call (0045) 97 51 44 55.
Please be aware that you will wake us up when you are transferred. This is not a call center that is at work anyway, and unnecessary calls to the emergency number will therefore incur a fee of DKK 500.

Emails are answered as soon as possible during normal business hours, but it may take a few days for a response. If you need a response quickly, please call us.

Barrier opening hours and emergencies

The barrier can be opened with your PIN code from 07:00-23:00
The barrier is locked from 23:00 PM to 07:00 AM.

In emergency situations:
Entering the square:
If you urgently need an ambulance or fire department at night, you can call our phone number at (0045) 97 51 44 55 and choose to be transferred to the emergency phone number.

From the square:
If you urgently need to leave the site at night, for example to go to the doctor on call or the vet, you can slowly drive towards the barrier from inside the site. It will then open.
Please note that you cannot re-enter with your car until the barrier opens again at 07:00. Please park in the parking lot and walk to your space.

Self-service and arrival outside opening hours

You can easily arrive outside reception opening hours. The barrier is open until 23:00, so you can arrive and enter until 22:45 and use the self-service to enter.

Please call us in advance during reception opening hours if you know you will arrive outside of opening hours.

Do you already have online booking?
If you have already made an online booking, you can find your PIN code for the barrier in your confirmation. You can then simply drive into your space. Be sure to read your electricity meter when you connect the power - and the same when you leave.

Do you want to not an online booking in advance?
If you do not have an online booking, upon arrival you can follow our self-service instructions at the reception building to create a booking and use your new PIN code to enter.
